Meeting – We’ll get the ball rolling by defining expectations and setting objectives so you have a clear certification plan.

Audit – Next, we’ll conduct a gap analysis audit to review your current processes and identify a development strategy.

Documentation – All the documentation you need will be produced, formatted, branded, and designed to integrate seamlessly into your system.

Train – By training staff early, you’ll increase competency and start producing records in preparation for your certification audit.

Implementation – We’ll deploy your bespoke system on your behalf throughout the business. This is where we conduct Internal Audits and a Management Review Meeting of your system.

Stage 1 – A documentation audit by the certification body to make sure you’re on track, identify any areas for improvement so you can move to Stage 2. You’ll be required to attend an opening and closing meeting, but we’ll take care of everything in between.

Review – Any identified actions from the Stage 1 audit will be made on your behalf before proceeding to Stage 2.

Stage 2 – The final step before achieving certification involves the Stage 2 audit. This is where the certification body conducts on-site record-finding and a data checks, plus makes sure your requirements are understood.
