Catherine’s specialty is assisting businesses with their internal processes and identifying gaps within their systems that she can help fill.
Following 16 years as a veterinary nurse and practice manager where compliance and internal processes were paramount, Catherine decided to pursue a career in the compliance industry and is a key member of the Compliance Lab team.

Denis’ specialty is assisting businesses with their occupational health and safety processes and assisting with their practical application.
Following 15 years as a rigger and electrician primarily in construction and mining sectors where OHS compliance and processes were critical, Denis decided to pursue a career in the compliance industry with the Compliance Lab team.

Rena Lord is a systems manager with 20 years experience working in the construction and local government industry. She is skilled in HSEQ Systems Management, Internal Auditing, Quality Management, Risk Management and Training Delivery.
Rena is a strong quality professional with an Honours Degree in Construction Management a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Rena has a passion for working with Clients to untangle processes and get the best out of their systems.

Sarah comes from a background at RSEA, Mirvac and Bacardi-Martini where she has worked across Accounts, Marketing, Sales and Operations over a 16 year period.

Nicole thrives in complex environments and has worked nationally leading site compliance, integrated system development, and certification in high-risk manufacturing, construction, higher education, and local government.

With extensive administration experience stemming from the education and hospitality sectors. Lily began at Compliance Lab as Personal Assistant to the Director / Team Administrator and has been the backbone of the Compliance Lab family and her hard work has led her to develop into her current role as Trainee Compliance Consultant.
